A: There are numerous reasons why videos are not downloading. Wait at least 5 minutes and check if the website is reloading. If it's reloading, that means that The file is downloading on our backend server; all you have to do is wait!

A: Check if the website is reloading. If not, try to reload and start one again. and if it still remains, contact us. Remember that if the video size is larger, it will take longer to download. if the video size is shorter and its still reloading try to start again if not contact us. and make sure your browser is not blocking downloads from our website
